Shipping Options and Delivery Times

- Delivery Time: 3-5 business weeks for UAE and other Middle Eastern Countries.

- Delivery Time: 2-3 business weeks for UAE and other Middle Eastern Countries.

Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped.

Shipping Restrictions
- Currently, we only ship within the UAE, Middle East and Europe. For any other country, please reach out to us at fusion.tableware@gmail.com.
- We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.

Packaging

Return & Exchange Policy
At Fusion.Tableware, we are committed to providing you with the finest Bohemian crystal and luxurious porcelain. We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products and hope you are delighted with your purchase. Please review our return and exchange policy below:

No Returns or Exchanges
- Final Sale: All sales are final. Due to the exclusive and handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Order Issues
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receipt. Provide your order number, photos of the damaged item, and a detailed description of the issue. We will assess the damage and arrange for a replacement if applicable.
- Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We will correct the error by sending the correct item at no additional cost.

Order Cancellation
- Cancellation Policy: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Please contact our customer service team immediately if you wish to cancel your order. After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee cancellation as the order may already be processed.
Refunds
- Eligibility: Refunds are only issued in cases where the item is damaged upon arrival, or an incorrect item was sent, and a replacement is not available.
- Process: Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 15-20 business days.
